Our private room is the perfect place to host a party of any kind! Birthdays, showers, graduations, anniversaries, stags, receptions, employee gatherings, costume parties, and sports teams end of the year celebrations have all been done here. Don't have a party but need a private room for a meeting, seminar, or fantasy draft? This is the place for you. Seats up to 65 comfortably. The party room features a full bar, equipped with a personal bartender and a sound system that connects to our touchtunes, or our continuous playlist. Want to play your own playlist? No problem, you can connect your own device to our speakers with bluetooth. We have a 60" screen TV that is compatible with tablets, smart phones and laptops to play a slideshow or personalized video for your party guests. With 2 60" TV's and 2 smaller TV's we can have your favorite sports team on, so you do not miss out on any action! Room Fees
A Date-Hold Deposit of $100 is required with our Event Space Rental Agreement and Contract to reserve your date and times. The Date Hold deposit must be paid 7 days in advance of your event. No refunds will be issued 5 days prior to your event. Cash and credit cards are accepted. Checks are NOT accepted. The Date-Hold Deposit can be used toward the food bill at the time of payment at the end of the party. If another guest calls to book a party on the same day as you and you do not have a Room Deposit placed, we will only give you 24 hours to get the Room Deposit paid, or we will book with another party.
If food is not being purchased through Coach’s, a $200 non-refundable room rental fee will be applied. No liquid of any kind can be brought in the building.
Standard rental time is based on 5 hours, not including set-up and clean up. If guests would like to stay longer than 5 hours, they are welcome to continue socializing upstairs. It is understood that your event may be shorter than 5 hours.
A credit card must be kept on file in case of any damages to room, equipment, décor, furnishings, etc.
